Wide selection of burners

I've used the cooktop for four weeks, so I'm still getting used to the choice of burners. Overall, I'm liking the results. I chose the 30" model to save countertop space for prep work, but having a 36" model would be nice when your cooking with several large diameter pans all going at the same time. Despite the wide selection of burners, I would have hoped that the flame height/heat for several of the burners could be regulated over a wider range. The burners put out a lot of heat on high. But, sometimes the lowest setting is barely low enough and I don't like to shift to a smaller burner than the one I started with. I'm still learning that a little goes a long way with this unit. The cast iron grates are sturdy and substantial, and they lift off and on easily for cleaning, which is necessary to maintain the look. The lighted dials are a helpful reminder to avoid walking away from a low flame.

First of all, the burner is beautiful. There are so many options to cook/simmer/boil. I love it!
